beautifully renovated 2br/1ba with all new kitchen and bathroom, central ac, radiator heat and access to the lovely crispus attucks park, red hen restaurant, metropolitan branch bike trail, kraken roller skating rink and pickleball courts, and alamo drafthouse plus there is howard u, hospital, whole foods, u-street metro and bar/restaurants just a few blocks away too! dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay (2 dogs max, can not be left alone overnight)

lower level with slightly lower ceilings (75-8') and compact living/kitchen/dining layout, with good size bedrooms and private access from the front and to the rear.
